Commitments
Seven sentences are the seven lines we hold ourselves to on delivery.
Stable system, fast to learn, full-featured, saves effort, continuous accountability, low cost and fast development, source code handover. Every sentence maps to a concrete action, a visible result and a service boundary that both sides confirm.
How commitments are kept
Not just saying it can be done,
And explain how to do it.
Every commitment corresponds to a delivery action, a usage outcome and a boundary both sides must confirm. Say it clearly to be reliable; do it through to the end to count.

Service commitment / stable system
Stable system
Keep critical operations available, and when something breaks there is someone to take it, someone to investigate and someone to follow up.
Before delivery
Check the deployment environment, network, devices and key workflows, and complete launch acceptance against the checklist confirmed by both sides.
In use
Record the scope of impact, the time of occurrence and the reproduction conditions for each incident, and arrange handling and feedback according to severity.
Commitments kept
Key workflows run reliably; when problems come up they can be located, followed up and traced back.
Mutual confirmationProduct version, deployment method, third-party service dependencies, service hours and contingency plans are confirmed in the project implementation checklist.
Service commitment / fast to learn
Fast to learn
Make everyday operations clear enough that different roles can finish their own work faster.
Before delivery
Map high-frequency tasks and core operating paths by role, reducing the interference of irrelevant steps in daily use.
At launch
Give operating guidance and key workflow drills around the real business, and collect problems from the first round of use in time.
Commitments kept
Users know where to find common features, can complete key tasks on their own, and have a clear support channel for questions.
Mutual confirmationTraining audience, number of training sessions, operating materials and on-site or remote support method are confirmed in the launch plan.
Service commitment / full-featured
Full-featured
Close the loop around core operating workflows, so information breaks less often and work switches less often.
Requirement confirmation
First define the core workflows that must be solved at the current stage, and separate standard capabilities, interface integration and custom requirements.
System configuration
Depending on the selected product, it connects real steps such as orders, booking, membership, inventory, fulfilment or on-site equipment.
Commitments kept
Confirmed core workflows have complete entry points and handling paths, and steps that cross systems have clear handover instructions.
Mutual confirmation“Full-featured” depends on the selected product version and the confirmed project scope; vague wording does not replace a feature list.
Service commitment / saves effort
Saves effort
Let the system take over repetitive tasks and keep people's time for judgement, service and growth.
Find the repetitive work first
Identify high-frequency tasks such as duplicate entry, manual checks, status notifications and report preparation.
Then automate
Through rules, reminders, data links and automatic summaries, it reduces the work that the system can do on its own.
Commitments kept
Reduce repetitive work and back-and-forth confirmations; hand exceptions back to people for judgement promptly, so automation does not hide problems.
Mutual confirmationWhich steps can be automated and which require human confirmation are defined in the workflow proposal, so that over-automation is avoided.
Service commitment / continuous accountability
Continuous accountability
Going live is not the end; issues must be closed out and reasonable feedback must feed into continuous improvement.
Launch acceptance
Check features, data, permissions and key workflows against the confirmed scope, and record open items and the owner responsible for each.
Issue closure
Keep recording, confirming, handling and following up reported issues, so nothing is merely answered and left unsolved.
Continuous improvement
Evaluate improvement suggestions against real usage, and separate bug fixes, configuration adjustments and new requirements.
Mutual confirmationThe service term, response method, maintenance scope and fees for new customization are governed by the service agreement confirmed by both sides.
Service commitment / low cost, fast development
Low cost, fast development
The AI digitalization base is reused through business-level abstraction, so the same business need never has to be built from scratch; the same kind of customization can be replicated in new scenarios, at a development cost and timeline significantly below the industry average.
Base reuse
The AI digitalization base covers common capabilities such as sites, knowledge bases, content operations, visibility monitoring, social media distribution and operations SOPs; new scenarios do not have to rebuild these foundations.
Replicated customization
A shared space customization for the same business format can be reused for a new store: you only need to configure the store, private rooms, equipment list and pricing strategy; the time to launch drops from 30+ days to 1-3 days.
Commitments kept
For the same business requirement, development effort and time to launch are significantly lower than per-project outsourced customization. The exact saving is assessed against the project scope.
Mutual confirmation“Low cost, fast development” is based on the feature scope and configuration range confirmed by both sides; custom requirements need a separate assessment.
Service commitment / source code handover
Source code handover
All products are developed in-house by Jinwei Technology, and source code can be delivered under the contract; once the client has the code, an internal or third-party team can take over, avoiding the risk of being locked to a single vendor.
In-house development
8 software copyrights have been registered (for example software copyright registration no. 12515967), code ownership is clear, and all core product modules are developed independently by Jinwei with no mandatory third-party dependencies.
Take-over ready
Source code and development documentation can be delivered under the contract terms; once the client has them, an internal team or a designated third party can keep maintaining and iterating them, with no permanent lock-in to Jinwei.
Commitments kept
Clients own the code and can take over; the migration cost of switching vendors or maintaining it independently is manageable, and the exact scope is set by the contract terms.
Mutual confirmationThe scope of source code delivery, documentation completeness, training handover method and follow-up maintenance responsibilities are governed by the contract terms agreed by both sides.
