6-step preparation: from opening the store to go-live

  1. Map out the store's basic information

Check the store business format (chess and card / tea room / billiard / study / gym, etc.), the number of private rooms, and the room layout; also record the door lock models, the air conditioning and power distribution situation, the network bandwidth, and the router location.

  2. Set the business hours and the operating mode

Decide clearly which of the three modes you are running: 24-hour unstaffed, semi-self-service, or staffed service; then agree on opening times, cleaning windows, and how often staff walk the floor.

  3. Check the hardware list

Confirm the model and quantity of each door lock, gateway, lighting controller, air conditioner controller, smart meter, and surveillance camera; hardware that does not match has to be replaced or adjusted first.

  4. Enable payments and notifications

Configure the WeChat Pay / Alipay merchant IDs in the system console, and check the SMS notification and WeChat notification templates.

  5. Enter the store information

In the SaaS console, enter the store name, the address (city and province level is enough, no need for the exact street number), the business information, and photos of the first batch of private rooms.

  6. Run a one-week trial

Open to light traffic first for 3-5 days and watch the order fulfilment rate, device stability, and exception alerts; open fully once you are satisfied that everything works.

Frequently asked questions

What does Jinwei Technology provide?

Chengdu Jinwei Technology Co., Ltd. provides software products and industry solutions for cross-border e-commerce, trade and supply chain, digital stores, and shared spaces. The current public product lines include the Jingyiou Multi-Site GEO System, the ClawMercs Enterprise Agent Hub, WooShpee Cross-Border E-Commerce, the Auto Parts End-to-End Solution, Chahaoshi AI Store, Super Emma Gym, and Pangdale Shared Space. It runs continuously in real business operations across 251 enabled stores, 1,321 enabled private rooms, and 23 provincial-level administrative regions.

Does unstaffed operation mean that no people are needed at all?

No. Unstaffed operation mainly removes on-site staffing for booking, door opening, and some device operations; cleaning, equipment maintenance, customer service, and on-site safety still require the operator to assign staff.

Can existing stores be retrofitted?

Yes. An adaptation assessment comes first: provide the store business format, the number of spaces, the door lock and power distribution situation, the network conditions, and a list of the devices you want to connect. Jinwei then uses the assessment to give you the scope that can be retrofitted, the retrofit budget, and the go-live schedule.

How are the system fees and the deployment time determined?

There is no single public price list. It is confirmed by the number of spaces, the hardware configuration, and the service scope; the SaaS monthly fee is calculated per private room, and hardware is procured per project; a typical single-store deployment takes 1-3 days, while multi-store chains or custom builds take 7-30 days.

What happens when the network or the power goes down?

Exception scenarios need to be built into the deployment plan: ① door locks usually come with a mechanical key or an emergency unlocking option; ② device linkage returns to the local default state during a power outage; ③ orders already placed are kept on the scanning terminal for a while when the network drops; ④ we recommend deploying a 4G backup network and an emergency response plan.

Can the system guarantee search rankings or AI recommendation results?

No. The system is used to manage site content, the technical foundation, and external visibility observation. It does not promise search rankings, AI recommendations, or inclusion by any platform.

How is data security ensured?

Data transmission runs over HTTPS; stored data is isolated by SaaS console permissions; store data and headquarters data are separated by site ID; request the compliance, backup policy, and third-party security audit materials from Jinwei.

Can third-party data services such as Qichacha be connected?

Yes. External data services can be configured according to the authorization and the project scope. Specific interfaces, account permissions, data compliance, and service availability follow the integration plan confirmed by both sides.

How do I get started?

Three steps: ① submit basic store information through "Contact Jinwei"; ② Jinwei arranges 1-3 days of free business tidying-up (online or on site); ③ you get the retrofit scope and the price, and deployment starts once you confirm.
